Chris Pike, CEO of Canebrake Builders, is teaming up with developer and owner of Onsite Design, Michael Hogstrom on the new neighborhood. The Onsite team, who recently developed nearby Overton Walk and Township at Old Goodwood, will be responsible for master planning and architectural plans. The homes will be constructed by Canebrake Builders.
“The team of professionals supporting this development are able to deliver a turnkey package – saving the homeowner time and money while offering the full custom experience,” said Pike. “Homeowners are eager for custom options in this price range. Given the level of interest we’ve already received, we expect these to sell out very quickly.”
“We are excited to team up with Canebrake Builders on Brentwood Park,” said Hogstrom. “This property has a strong potential to service a segue market to Overton Walk. It’s a great location, and we expect it to be another successful Onsite project in the heart of Baton Rouge.”
Development of the property is expected to be completed by the end of 2019 with home construction slated to begin early next year. House plans are currently being developed.
